A Focused HR/OD Leader with international experience gained across a variety of industries including Energy & Mining, Broadcast & Online Media, Health Care & Aviation in Australia, Asia, Africa & the Middle East.

Hanan has led transformational and complex changes in all organizations she has worked for. Her roles have included Chief Organization Development  at Emirates Global Aluminum, a joint venture between Mubadala and Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL), the world’s largest single site aluminum smelter and prior to this  Head of Human Resources at The Australian Broadcasting Commission(ABC) and Head of Human Resources at Australia Post.

Hanan is an experienced cultural change agent, who is versatile and able to deliver both strategic and tactical best practise HR transformation across numerous industry sectors globally.

Hanan has significant experience in  HR startups, HR Transformation, policy design, employee relations, core values implementation, remote working, design and implementation of performance management systems, E- Learning systems, talent management systems, employee engagement strategies, coaching line managers and designing and facilitating blended learning human resource and leadership training  programs 

She has also designed and facilitates the globally certified Human Resource Manager Development Program- CHRM™ which provides the CHRM™ credentials considered a global standard in the HR field.
