I've spent more than 25 years helping organisations navigate people and organisational challenges across Australia, the UAE and international markets. My experience spans HR and organisation transformation, organisation design and effectiveness, leadership, culture, capability, performance and workforce transformation—particularly during growth and change.

I've worked inside organisations as an executive and alongside them as an adviser and consultant. I can step into interim or fractional HR leadership roles, bringing experience across the full HR function, including employee and industrial relations, recruitment, payroll, remuneration, occupational health and safety, performance management, talent and succession, and learning and development.

That experience shapes how I work today: understanding the business, identifying what needs to change and putting practical solutions in place.

At Emirates Aluminium (EMAL), now Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), I helped build the people and organisational foundations of a major industrial start-up as it grew to around 2,000 employees. At UAS International Trip Support, I led a global HR and culture transformation across the UAE, US, India, Africa and China.

My broader experience includes senior leadership, advisory and transformation work with the Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria, Australia Post, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, IPC Health and CRA Mining Ltd.
