Meet Hanan Gamali

With  over 25 years international  Human Resource Management and Leadership experience, you are in good hands at 3 Step HR.

A Focused HR/OD Leader with international experience gained across a variety of industries including Energy & Mining, Broadcast & Online Media, Health Care & Aviation in Australia, Asia, Africa & the Middle East.

Hanan has led transformational and complex changes in all organizations she has worked for. Her roles have included Chief Organization Development  at Emirates Global Aluminium, a joint venture between Mubadala and Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL), the world’s largest single site aluminium smelter and prior to this  Head of Human Resources at The Australian Broadcasting Commission(ABC) and Head of Human Resources at Australia Post.

Hanan is an experienced cultural change agent, who is versatile and able to deliver both strategic and tactical best practise HR transformation across numerous industry sectors globally.

Hanan has significant experience in  HR startups, HR Transformation, policy design, employee relations, core values implementation, remote working, design and implementation of performance management systems, E- Learning systems, talent management systems, employee engagement strategies, coaching line managers and designing and facilitating blended learning human resource and leadership training  programs 

She has also designed and facilitates the globally certified Human Resource Manager Development Program- CHRM™ which provides the CHRM™ credentials considered a global standard in the HR field.

Meet Helen Carouzos

Helen Carouzos is a HCPC (UK) registered Counselling Psychologist with 20 years experience working in private practice and with organisations across the full range of corporate psychological services. 

She is also a full member of the British Psychological Society and abides by its Ethical Code of practice and professional standards.
Her high-level skills as a psychologist combined with her training experience both in Australia and in the UK has provided her a solid platform to advise and train organisations on issues from customer service, to stress management, to managing change and performance. Helen is the Founding Director of her own private practice in Manchester in the UK and provides private professional counselling, EAP Programs, executive coaching and consultancy services.
Helen’s specific expertise with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) has assisted many organisations with their employee mental health and wellbeing programs. This has contributed towards measurable outcomes such as greater productivity and performance, fewer absences, higher morale, fewer stress compensation claims, greater teamwork, communication and better work/life balance.Helen’s professional versatility as a psychologist also enabled her to utilise her clinical and counselling skills across various private and public-sector organisations relating to the manufacturing, telecommunications, finance and banking, construction, transport, educational, hospitality and transport industries, where she provided one to one support and delivered mental health workshops for clients. Helen has also delivered tailor made training programmes for highly reputable clients in the areas of coaching skills for managers and supervisors, managing team performance and staff wellbeing. Helen is well regarded both in the UK and in Australia for her extensive experience as a Counselling and Business Psychologist and is approached by the local financial, professional and business network associations as well as the media to speak about mental health & wellbeing. Helen’s interpersonal and delivery style has often been described by clients as professionally confident, positive, energetic and fun. It is these qualities, extensive knowledge and experience that have enabled Helen to help empower and change the personal and professional lives of many individuals and organisations.
