A focused HR/OD leader, Hanan brings extensive international experience across a variety of industries, including Energy & Mining, Broadcast & Online Media, Healthcare, and Aviation, spanning Australia, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

She has successfully led transformational and complex changes in every organization she has worked with. Her past roles include Chief Organization Development at Emirates Global Aluminum (a joint venture between Mubadala and Dubai Aluminium, home to the world’s largest single-site aluminum smelter), Head of Human Resources at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), and Head of Human Resources at Australia Post.

As an experienced cultural change agent, Hanan is highly versatile—delivering both strategic and tactical best-practice HR transformations across multiple industry sectors globally. Her expertise includes HR startups, HR transformation, policy design, employee relations, core values implementation, remote working strategies, performance management system design, e-learning platforms, talent management systems, employee engagement strategies, and leadership coaching.

She is also the creator and facilitator of the globally certified Human Resource Manager Development Program – CHRM™, which provides CHRM™ credentials, recognized as a global standard in the HR field.
