Hanan is an accomplished HR and Organizational Development executive with global experience across the Energy & Mining, Media, Healthcare, and Aviation sectors. Her career spans Australia, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East—where she has consistently led transformational change and developed people strategies aligned with business goals.
She has held senior roles including Chief of Organization Development at Emirates Global Aluminum (a joint venture between Mubadala and Dubai Aluminium), Head of HR at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), and Australia Post. Across these positions, Hanan has delivered large-scale transformations, cultural alignment programs, and leadership capability initiatives.
Her areas of expertise include HR start-ups, organizational redesign, values-driven culture development, leadership coaching, employee engagement, and remote workforce strategies. She has also successfully implemented HRIS platforms across multiple organizations—enhancing data integrity, streamlining HR operations, and enabling more strategic decision-making.
Hanan is the creator and lead facilitator of the Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM™) program—an internationally recognized credential designed to prepare HR professionals for the evolving world of work.
