I partner with CEOs and executive leadership teams to improve organisational performance by aligning strategy, leadership, organisation design, culture, workforce capability, governance and accountability. My experience spans government, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation and media, including senior leadership and advisory roles and assignments with the Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria, Australia Post, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, IPC Health, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) and UAS International Trip Support.

Throughout my career, I have led organisational transformation initiatives ranging from organisation design and operating-model redesign to workforce strategy, HR transformation, leadership capability, organisational culture, employee engagement and enterprise-wide change.

I also design and facilitate practical leadership and organisational capability programs. These help leaders collaborate across functions, influence without direct authority, navigate matrix structures, strengthen accountability, manage performance and lead change effectively.

I designed and have delivered the internationally accredited Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM™) program across the UAE, Türkiye, Africa, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, together with programs in leadership, performance management, coaching for performance, governance, risk management and organisational capability.

I established 3 Step HR to provide practical, independent advice and capability solutions that help organisations move beyond strategy to execution.
